COMMUNITY  NOTICE.

The next meeting of the Nepean / Blue Mountains Prostate Cancer Support
Group will be held at 6.30pm on Monday the 19th September in The Auditorium, Level 3, West Block, Nepean Public Hospital (Off Parker Street – see map)

Kylie Liversidge BAppSci(Physio) GDipManipTher PGCertCont&PelvicFloorRehab, Penrith Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, has kindly agreed to be our guest speaker on 19 September.

Kylie will speak a little about pelvic floor and continence, a new brochure on the PCFA website called ‘Physiotherapy Before & After Prostate Cancer Surgery’, the role of general exercise especially for men who have had androgen replacement therapy and will raise awareness of the Movember November movement challenge, ‘Improve Your Move’.

All meetings are available to males and their partners who are seeking
information on this cancer, and who live in the Blacktown, Blue Mountains,
Hawkesbury and Penrith areas. Come along and experience the caring and
benefits offered by our Support Group whose motto is YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
