AMENDED NOTICE

Nepean/Blue Mountains Prostate Cancer Support Group – Covid19 – Cancellation of Face to Face Meetings and Commencement of Zoom Meetings

As noted earlier face to face meetings in April and May were cancelled with the a review at the end of May to decide whether meetings could recommence in June.
Since then The Archbishop and the Anglican Diocese of Sydney have announced that all Parishes in Sydney are to suspend their regular church services and small gatherings indefinitely.

As we have no option now but to wait for further advice from the Archbishop as to when the Hall will be available, our Board will then review the situation to determine when we will recommence face to face meetings.

It is mentioned that our only connection with St Stephens is that we rent their Hall for our Group meetings.

However to continue connection a Zoom meeting, that allows for two way interaction will be held on our regular meeting nights.

If you would like to participate in the virtual meeting and have not already downloaded Zoom please send me an email – president@prostatesupport.org.au – so that I can issue an invitation to you to join a meeting with me so that I can help you with the Zoom download and setup.

NOTE: there is no cost in downloading Zoom or using it as an invited guest.
If you have already downloaded Zoom and would like to participate then send me an email – president@prostatesupport.org.au – so that I can issue a meeting invitation to you.
